Return Process

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to secure your package.

  Place the items in their original packaging with tags attached and drop the parcel off at any authorized carrier location.

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
